About Donat Mabana.
Donat Mabana is an Irish citizen born in the DR Congo who has lived in Ireland since 2000 before he moved into England in 2016.
Qualifications:
Donat is a holder of a Diplôme D’Etat in Science & Mathematics and also studied Business in the University of Kinshasa. For his sixteen years in Ireland, Donat was involved in researches and various trainings in communication, personal development, leadership, marketing and sales through seminars, reading, internet, workshops….He partook in training courses in Marketing, networking and Entrepreneurship with Paul Partnership, Limerick chamber of commerce and Limerick city Enterprise board.
As a “student in the school of life” he believes in an education system that develops both the head and heart while igniting in people the hunger and curiosity to continuously learn, unlearn and relearn.
Experiences:
Since his move to England in 2016, he has worked as one of the Directors at Integrale Logistics Multi-services LTD.
From 2013 to 2016 he was Coordinating Director of SOS Congolese Youth that inspires the young leaders of Congolese origin as change makers in Ireland, the D R Congo and globally.
Donat Mabana served as Marketing Manager at Tropical vegetables Production Ireland LTD back in 2009.
Former Director of Sofad Ireland, a charity organisation that raises awareness on violence against women in the D R Congo, and member of many organisations including: Amnesty International, Campaign for Democracy in the Congo (CDC), the National Campaign against Racism in Ireland and was a member of the Steering Group in drafting the National Action Plan against Racism in Ireland in 2005.
Donat co-founded Elikya Choir with the Irish World Music Centre at the University of Limerick to celebrate diversity and multiculturalism through music in Europe.
He has experiences at the international front and has participated in, amongst many conferences, the 2002 United Nations Congolese Peace Conference in South Africa, the 2004 European Conference on Refugee Contribution to Europe held in Madrid, Spain, the EU conference “closing the gap on diversity” in Limerick 2004, and the Make poverty history march in Edinburg during the G8 Summit 2005.
He has appeared as guest, on Radio talk Shows, keynote speaking, Conferences and Consultations on issues relating to multiculturalism, equality, diversity, integration etc in Ireland and Europe.

Elle a été l’une des initiatrices du programme des enfants en mal de nutrition « marasme et Kwashiorkor » à Matadi pendant son stage dans la pédiatrie de l’hôpital de Kinkanda. C’est aussi le sujet qu’elle a défendue pour l’obtention de son diplôme d’infirmière A2 avec satisfaction.
Elle a travaillé dans un hôpital de l’ONATRA à Matadi au Congo Démocratique au moment où il y avait les déclanchement des épidémies 1994-1995, ensuite dans la maternité pour animer plusieurs campagnes des vaccinations et des naissances désirables. Elle a suivi son parcourt pour finir à la clinique Ngaliema dans le service de Néonatale et pédiatrie.
Elle était dans l’horeca pendant un certain moment juste pour monter une petite entreprise afin de donner un coup de pouce aux jeunes gens en difficulté pour payer leurs les études en travaillant la nuit ou très tôt le matin, sans oublier les adolescents en échec scolaire. Beaucoup des jeunes gens avaient repris leurs vies en mains grâce à la pâtisserie, restaurant, boutique Kabengele à Kinshasa.
Elle a suivi des cours des langues étrangères ainsi que l’informatique à Kinshasa –Gombe elle continu à explorer d’autres langues comme le néerlandais, l’allemand, l’espagnol, le danois au Centrum Voor Volwassen Onderwijs LBC – NVK Antwerpen, avec Babbel online.
Elle a assisté occasionnellement les familles en difficulté pour les problèmes d’insolvabilités scolaires comme anonymes avec l’aide des directeurs des quelques écoles de la cité Matadi de 1991-1997, pendant un certain moment, elle a travaillé comme bénévole pour approvisionner les médicaments aux accidentés, les oubliés sans noms. L’humanisme est le vrai bonheur à partager dans la vie. Raison pour laquelle, elle est active dans les associations comme Amnesty Internationale, Médecins sans Frontières, Croix rouge Belgique ainsi que l’Union pour la Démocratie et Le Progrès Social (UDPS), section d’Anvers
Pour aller encore plus loin elle s’est engagée dans plusieurs grandes plates-formes des grossistes, comme GKS HANDELSSYSTEME GMBH et MARKPLAATS.nl. Elle a aussi travaillé comme assistante logistique à JAN PALFIJN ZNA MERKSEM-Anvers, Orderpicking – Defaille Chocolatier, Chemopack Katoen Natie, Belgian Scrap Terminal comme intérimaire. Dr Ras Mikey Courtney
Dr. RAS Mikey C (Michael Courtney) is a critically acclaimed dance professional whose life mission is to spread universal understanding to communities and cultures across the globe by sharing his gift of the expressive arts. RAS Mikey is co-founder and CEO of Fore I’m a Versatile Entertainer (F.I.V.E.) Productions. He has a B.F.A. in Dance from the UARTS in Philadelphia, an MA in Ethnochoreology from the University of Limerick in Ireland, where he also completed his PhD in Arts Practice Research, as an Irish Research Council Government of Ireland Scholar and former guest lecturer at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance. RAS Mikey’s postgraduate research and written thesis, entitled Bridging Horizons: Embodied Cultural Understanding through the Development and Presentation of Ethio-Modern Dance, explores RAS’ embodiment of Ethiopian and other world dance cultures, used as a tool in his urban contemporary choreographic process. RAS Mikey’s most recent Ethio-Modern Dance productions were, YeBuna Alem/A Coffee World (Ireland 2015) and Common Threads (Ethiopia 2016). Aside from being a dance professional, RAS Mikey is on the Board of Directors for the Dance Research Forum of Ireland (DRFI) and is a mentor for the Coalition of African Diaspora Scholars Moving. Dr. RAS is also an established singer/songwriter, host/emcee, director and producer. He has collaborated with artists and companies from around the world, including Pilobolus, Raven-Symoné, Major Lazer, the Marley family, Chronixx, Irish Aid, AfroFlow, Skales, and the International Organization of Migration in Addis Ababa, to name a few. RAS Mikey is a product of Hip hop culture and is a Pan-Africanist, Rastafarian who repatriated to Ethiopia in 2006. He has facilitated a student/staff exchange between the University of Limerick’s Irish World Academy of Music and Dance and Addis Ababa University’s Yared School of Music, in order to forge future research and other academic collaborations between these Higher Education Institutions. RAS Mikey is currently an Assistant Professor of Dance at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan (USA), where he continues his works as a practitioner/researcher aiming to bridge cultural knowledges gaps through the arts.
Dr. RAS feels compelled to nurture his gifts of artistic expression while sharing his movement experiences with his global community. “Movement is life and I am a Lifist.”

Evoluant toujours au sein de Zaïkolanga-langa, Pépé Felly monte en 1978 avec Ray Lema, l’orchestre expérimental les Ya Tupas, pouraméliorer les sonorités de la musique Congolaise.Cette expérience fût couronnée de succès puis les Ya Tupas remportent le prix«Maracas d’or ».En 1979, Pépé Felly introduit le synthétiseur dans la musique Congolaise. Bien avant l’arrivée de cetinstrument dans la musique de sa terre natale, il osa prêter ses pédales de guitare au pianiste Nzenze, pourla première fois des sons similaires au synthétiseur prenait place dans la musique de Kinshasa.Pépé Felly est une figure emblématique (peu connue du grand public) de cette guitare qui a littéralementdominé la musique de Zaïko, formation qu’il quitte en 1980.C’est aussi un talent sans frontières. Il a joué en 1977 avec Tabu Ley Rochereau au festac de Lagos,enregistré « Love me Love me » avec Jimmy Cliff, la star de la musique Jamaïcaine, le chanteur FrançaisJacques Higelin.En 1980, Pépé Felly fonde le groupe Grand Zaïko Wawa, désigné meilleur orchestre de l’année 1984 parles mélomanes et la presse Congolaise.En 1985 et 1988, le Grand Zaïko Wawa effectue une tournée mondiale qui la conduit au Congo-Brazzaville, Gabon, Rwanda, Burundi, Niger, Suisse, Belgique, Autriche et France.

Marie ange Meko alias MERE NOEL née le 24 juin 1966 a Kinshasa en République Démocratique du Congo, est une Artiste Animatrice Culturelle et Conceptrice à B-One TV de l’émission : Les Enfants Universels
Née dans une famille des artistes, des parents chantres, elle a commencé l’encadrement des enfants très tôt avec dévouement et distinction à l’école de dimanche de la paroisse internationale de la Gombe à l’âge de 15 ans.
-Cofondatrice du groupe Musical les “Héritiers de la paroisse internationale de la Gombe en 1981
-Ancienne du complexe scolaire Cardinal Malula, de la 3 ème promotion, elle décrocha son diplôme d’état en 1984- Lors de son passage dans cette institution scolaire, elle a été très active dans les activités culturelles (Modération de fin d’année, théâtres, Récitation, ballet). Et ce, depuis de l’école la maternelle.
Membre du bureau de rédaction, Elle a écrit dans l’Œil de Molende, journal de diffusion d’information et informatique page 18 et aussi dans « l’Africaine d’aujourd’hui » du complexe Scolaire Cardinal Malula
-en 1985 elle commença les cours à l’académie de beaux Arts en architecture intérieure /Décoration
-en 1987 elle quitta le Congo pour la Suisse où en 1990 elle décrocha un diplôme de gestion/informatique à Renens et aussi à l’alliance française à Annemasse en France.
De retour dans son pays natal en 1991, sa passion pour les enfants pris son essor. Elle se lança ainsi dans l’encadrement ceux-ci dans quelques écoles de la place.
En 1997, elle obtint un diplôme de spécialisation pédagogique et professionnelle. Dans la même année, elle fût proclamée Meilleure éducatrice de l’école Samuel Lévi en 1997.
– elle a été sollicitée plusieurs fois pour l’encadrement des enfants, notamment dans des Clubs de vacances TASOK, Les Chatons, Samuel Lévi; Source de vie ,Fikin avec Shalina et écoles de dimanche Pim, Logos Rhema pour expo children en 2000 ,la Grande Récré au Grand Hôtel avec des concours et ateliers de dessin, peinture, poterie, bricolage, déguisement, natation..
-elle anime des conférences des jeunes et mamans dans des églises en RDC et aussi en Côte d’Ivoire où en 2012, elle passa à Bénie TV chaîne Ivoirienne à Midi Afrik et avec les enfants dans une émission de l’école de dimanche
-avec son sens de créativité innée, pendant ses heures libres elle créé de modèles, des bijoux, des accessoires de mode, fait de la coiffure, organise des défilés de modes et enseigne la chorégraphie aux enfants et groupes de jeunes filles.(Groupe la Référence en 2000 ),compose et arrange des chansons; elle a un album à son actif “MOBEMBO”-
-Face aux problèmes de la jeunesse congolaise entre autre la délinquance juvénile, la dépravation des mœurs, les -anti valeurs, elle décida de s’occuper des enfants et créa l’ONG en 2010 selon l’arrêté ministériel numéro 348:cab /ministériel et en 2011 officiellement dans le journal officiel page 126-133 le 15 janvier 2011 dénommée les Enfants du monde Lesmon.
-Chaque année elle organise des dîners de Noël et Nouvel an avec les orphelins et récolte des dons en nature et espèces pour les orphelins.
-Animatrice Culturelle/ productrice de ses émissions, elle travailla dans quelques chaines de la place : Antenne A-Numérica-Rtga , où elle animait des émissions des jeunes et des Enfants dénommée: “Les Enfants du monde” programme des enfants et jeunes basé sur l’éducation, les jeux et beaucoup de rubriques et un magazine des femmes “Shaloom les mamans”, programme socio religieux qui parlent des femmes et de leurs expertises.
-Organisatrice des concours de l’année du Cardinal Malula
-initiatrice du concept Mère Noël au Grand Hôtel depuis 2005 pour les fêtes de Noël
-Initiatrice du club des enfants du Grand Hôtel
– Conceptrice du concours Miss Monganga avec la Marsavco en 2011:Concours d’élocution de filles de 8 à 12 ans.
Actuellement Animatrice à B-One où elle anime les Enfants Universels qui est aussi un programme du genre des enfants du monde en s’appuyant sur la convention relative aux droits des enfants du 20 novembre
1989 avec comme base l’article 28 où l’enfant a droit à une éducation obligatoire et gratuite.

Maurice Muamba KIKANGALA, born October 9, 1957 in Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo is a Congolese politician, Business consultant, activist for human rights and cultural awareness Lecturer at the University of Limerick and Mary Immaculate College.
Co-founder of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS), in November 1981, he participated in the drafting of the UDPS project for youth with colleagues Marc Mukadi and Albert Mukala wa Ilunga.
At the creation of the UDPS February 15, 1982, he is in charge of the implementation of the party in Ngaliema section and in 1983 was appointed President of the UDPS Ngaliema Section by the National Secretary of the Party’s Organization Mr. Etienne Tshisekedi wa Mulumba.
During the same period, he was appointed Policy Advisor to the presidency of the party, a position he held until 1990.
After the agreements of Gbadolite, signed between UDPS’ founders and President Mobutu’s regime in 1987, he managed the Political Renovated Direction of the UDPS in Ngaliema section.
In May 1990, he was appointed Principal Youth Supervisor of UDPS (JUDPS) / Ngaliema and Policy Advisor to the Management Board of the party, with President Vincent Robert M’bwankiem Niaroliem and of the youth movement department of UDPS in 1995.
He was elected at various times president of the sub cellular committee, cellular Committee, the sectionary Committee in Kinshasa and the Federal Committee in Ireland and he was subsequently Representative of the UDPS in Ireland.
